Refund policy
📦 Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can request a return under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Customer provides return shipping
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and invoices must be intact
- Certain items like personal care products, innerwear, and perishable goods are not eligible for return
🔄 Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address.
💸 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store wallet
- You may be asked to provide bank details
- COD Fee is non-refundable
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect product delivered
Exchange requests must also be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
❗ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order items
📦 Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share images/videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order
- After, cancellation is not possible (you can request a return instead)
